ANDRE HUDSON

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go

JOSHUA 1:9

I am a San Diego native but have had the privilege of living around the world thanks to my dad. My dad was a teacher for the U.S. Government and we lived in: South Korea, Sicily, Spain and then back to the states where I went to college in Nebraska.

I am a blessed father of three and married to my beautiful wife Rachel. I am a worship pastor at the Rock East County Church. Worshipping for me is the opportunity to walk in my passion with God -that being deliverance and seeing people walk in freedom. It’s that "A-ha" moment as you respond to who God is. We don't do it to benefit ourselves. We do it to have an encounter with God I hope that I can be remembered as someone who helped people become free from the works of the devil and living in bondage. Through the lens of eternity, God can use your tragedy to bring Him praise.

My wife and I can speak to this as we serve together in ministry and it's all that we want to do. You know, it doesn't matter how old you are or how long you have been a Christian, when running the race. What matters is how you finish the race.

My video testimonial (see below) was shot by my neighbor and friend Jonathan Otto. He wanted to document our testimony and in the middle of the interview he asked if I could play a song that I wrote. I did (Blessings After). After he posted it on Facebook it went viral with well over 1,300,000 views. So that inspired me to do that song as a single in the single lead to the EP.
The writing process can be challenging but throughout it really became exciting to see what God was saying and how he was using me to say it. This album truly is dedicated to the Lord as an act of obedience.

This is a testimony of deliverance and breakthrough after tragedy of loss.
